DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders placed before 3pm (AEST) will be shipped out the same day. Any order placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day.

If you have placed your order on the weekend or a public holiday, your parcel will be processed the next business day.

Please ensure all information is correct when ordering from our website. If your address has changed or is wrong, we are not responsible for missing parcels.

Shipping time starts when the orders have left our HQ. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email, which includes your tracking number. The tracking information will start once you receive your confirmation email - if your parcel hasn't been delivered within the designated time frame of your delivery option please contact us. In most cases it just means there was an attempted delivery and your parcel is awaiting pick up at your nearest post office. ]
